It is a management initiative to make life at Avigna an enriching experience for its employees. It strives to create a platform for promoting new talent, creativity, interaction - thus, building strong interpersonal relationships and a sense of team spirit amongst our colleagues.
Amity events are held once a month. The events conducted create an ambience of healthy competition and stimulates our employees to think differently. Our activities always see full fledged participation by all the employees. Each of the employees is assigned to different teams. Every team event throws up innovative and out-of-the-box ideas created by its members and motivates every one to participate effectively.
The activities conducted so far are as follows:
- Sports events : Cricket, Badminton.
- Cultural events : Dumb Charades, Antakshari, and Rangoli.
- Quiz.
- Mad Ads.
Other events like skits on company safety and environment themes; business and marketing skills enhancement thru visual aids and drama are on the anvil.
The committee plans to promote employee recognition and motivation by rewarding deserving employees with suitable appreciation for their commitment and contribution in building and driving Avigna to success.
