Shaji Paulose joined KCL in March 2006. Mr. Paulose heads the Formulation Development Department of the company. He had earlier worked with ICC, New Delhi and Falma Labs, Bangalore. He also had a stint as Principal of the Madras College of Pharmacy, Chennai for a year. His background in Pharmaceutics helps him to handle the company's requirement in the area of developing newer formulation methodologies based on new developments in the area. He is currently carrying out pioneering work in this area, based on a Patented System/Mechanism for delivering usually insoluble Pharmaceutical compounds.
